  • Golf Cart Raffle Rules and Details. Winner to be drawn on October 17, 2019. Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Central Texas to play. Central Texas defined as Austin to San Antonio and its outlying communities. This raffle is conducted by Partnerships for Children and 100% of the proceeds benefit Partnerships for Children. Raffle tickets are priced at $50 each and no more than 300 tickets will be sold. Need not be present to win. Winner to be announced via social media and contacted via email and/or text. Winner has 48 hours to claim prize. Failure to claim prize within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of prize and a new winner will be selected.
